This project was for the US Navy and was located on the Norfolk Naval Station in Norfolk, Virginia.

This work included the construction of 3 off shore mooring dolphins including 66” diameter prestressed cylinder piles x 112 LF, precast an ast-in-pace concrete,mooring fixtures, ladders, solar powered navigational lights,rubber fenders, and incidental related work.
