Field Engineer

McLean Contracting Company is looking to hire a Field Engineer to join our team in the Baltimore, MD area.

Field Engineers are part of on-site management and are responsible for various aspects of each project while working closely with Project Superintendents to ensure projects are successfully completed safely, timely and on budget. Field Engineers are generally assigned to a single project at a time; regional travel may be required.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Civil Engineering Technology, and 4 years of related experience. Will consider a combination of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in heavy civil and marine construction and cost estimating is highly valued.
